Annual equality report
The Annual Equality Report 2009-10 was passed by the Board of Directors in March 2010 and provides an overview of the past year with regards to equality and diversity projects within the Trust and highlights relevant patient demographics and workforce profiles. The report is also accompanied with a twenty point action plan for 2010.
The document builds on the work conducted as a result of the Single Equality Scheme and the Annual Equality Report 2008-09. The report includes information on Staff demographics as well as figures around recruitment and leavers, grievances, disciplinaries, and training along with pertinent Patient summary data.
