Bereavement
Please accept our sincere condolences if you are visiting this site following the loss of a relative or friend.
Our Bereavement Care Service offers a Trust-wide, individualised, culturally sensitive service. We provide comprehensive information, guidance and support for bereaved relatives and friends following the death of a loved one at University Hospitals Birmingham NHS Foundation Trust.
The bereavement care office is located on Level 0 at the Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham and can be accessed from outpatients area two.
