Booking Centre fax gateway
Patients can be referred through a fax gateway that converts fax referrals into an email. The email is then delivered to University Hospitals Birmingham mailbox. The automatic conversion of a paper fax to an electronic email enables referrals to be directed and retrieved more easily. The fax gateway does not currently send an email receipt but you will receive the standard fax confirmation receipt.
