The Cardiology Team
The Cardiology Team consists of 13 people specialising in a range of areas:
- Dr Michael Griffith (clinical lead) - cardiac arrhythmias
- Dr Howard Marshall - cardiac arrhythmias
- Dr Michael Gammage - pacemakers and syncope (frequent fainting)
- Professor Michael Frenneaux - heart failure, cardiomyopathy
- Professor John Sanderson - heart failure
- Dr Michael Davies - heart failure
- Dr Peter Ludman - coronary artery disease (angina, heart attacks)
- Dr Sagar Doshi - coronary artery disease (angina, heart attacks)
- Dr Nigel Buller - coronary artery disease (angina, heart attacks)
- Dr Jonathan Townend - coronary artery disease (angina, heart attacks) and heart transplantation
- Dr Sara Thorne - grown-up congenital heart disease (GUCH)
- Dr Paul Clif - grown-up congenital heart disease (GUCH)
- Dr Rick Steeds - cardiac imaging, valvular heart disease
