Continuing Professional Development (CPD) and Performance Development Review System (PDRS)

CPD and the creation/maintenance of staff portfolios is actively encouraged by the Pharmacy department, in keeping with the Royal Pharmaceutical Society of Great Britain's requirements.

The Trust also supports PDRS which requires all staff to be appraised every twelve months with quarterly meetings as appropriate. The PDRS process is used effectively to support CPD.
