Customer Care Awards
The Customer Care Awards recognise individuals or teams who have demonstrated and delivered outstanding customer care to patients, relatives or visitors.
In doing so, these staff have demonstrated that they are truly working to the Trust's values of responsibility, respect, honesty and innovation, by going the "extra mile".
The awards are divided into four categories:
- Individual (clinical)
- Individual (non-clinical)
- Team (clinical)
- Team (non-clinical)
The winner in each category will be decided by the Trust’s Customer Care Group and will receive a £25 voucher funded by QEHB Charity. Each winner will also be put forward for the Governors' Customer Care Award at the annual Best in Care Awards.
Patients, carers, visitors and colleagues can nominate staff members or teams using the nomination form below.
Nominations for the period 1 April – 30 June 2011 have closed. New nominations will be considered for the second round of awards.
The Customer Care Awards are supported by QEHB Charity.
