Disability equality
The Employment Equality (Age) Regulations prohibit age discrimination and age-related victimisation and harassment.
University Hospitals Birmingham NHS Foundation Trust knows that fairness at work and good job performance go hand in hand. Tackling discrimination helps the Trust to attract, motivate and retain staff and enhances our reputation as an employer.
