Board of Governors election notice

The Trust gives notice that it will hold an election to the Board of Governors of University Hospitals Birmingham NHS Foundation Trust.
Elections are to be held for the number of governors below in accordance with the Trust’s constitution as amended by resolution of the governors on 17 June 2011.
One governor for each of the following public constituencies

Completed ballot papers must be received by the returning officer (OPT2VOTE LTD) by the close of poll at 12:00 on Thursday 22 December 2011.
Enquiries about replacement ballot papers or the contact address for candidates should be directed to the returning officer by Friday 16 December 2011.
