How to order the breast reconstruction DVD
In order to use the DVD, organisations are asked to pay a usage fee which includes an initial supply of 60 copies.
The fee, which also permits intranet usage, but excludes external broadcasting on websites or other media, is £1500*.
The DVD can be re-branded for your organisation for an additional one-off fee of £400*.
In all cases, copyright of the title remains with University Hospitals Birmingham NHS Foundation Trust.
Patients wishing to order single copies of the DVD can do so online at the QEHB Charity Shop for £25 per copy, including postage and packaging (please see the link at the bottom of this page).
