- West Midlands nationally accredited checking technician accuracy scheme
- West Midlands dispensing accuracy assessment
- Foundation degree in pharmaceutical sciences at Aston University and Matthew Boulton College
- NVQ A1 and A2 assessor award
- NVQ V1 internal verifiers award
- NVQ management
- National examination board supervisory (NEBS) certificate and diploma in management
- UHB pharmacy technician career progression programme
- National and local pharmacy conferences
- In-house training packages and courses
Pharmacy assistants/assistant technical officers (ATOs)
- NVQ Level 2 for pharmacy assistants/ATOs
- West Midlands dispensing accuracy assessment
