Pharmacy induction training programme
All new Pharmacy recruits have to complete a comprehensive induction programme prepared by the Pharmacy education and training team. The induction programme is tailored to the requirements of new starters role and their past experience.
The induction programme allows new recruits a period of adjustment to familiarise themselves with the Trusts organisational culture and the departments operational and strategic objectives. The induction process also allows new recruits to focus on their role and identify any training needs.
