Registration of death
Any death that occurs in Birmingham must be registered in Birmingham. The Registry Office is now located at:

Holliday Street
Birmingham, B1 1TJ
It is open Monday to Friday from 09:00-16:00. Special out-of-hours arrangements can be made, if required.
