Tinnitus

Tinnitus (noises in the ears or head) can range from an occasional irritation to a serious problem that can be very troublesome, sometimes severely reducing quality of life.

At HARC we have well-developed experience and expertise in helping patients with tinnitus. Audiologists and hearing therapists with particular skills carefully assess each patient's problem and design individual treatment plans. These may include counselling, fitting of a hearing aid, use of a sound generator or relaxation, which is taught on either an individual or group basis.
