Apprenticeships

Business Administration Level 2

Business administrators have a highly transferable set of knowledge, skills, and behaviours that can be applied in all sectors. The role may involve working independently or as part of a team and will involve developing, implementing, maintaining, and improving administrative services. Business administrators develop key skills and behaviours to support their own progression towards management responsibilities. 

Apprenticeship duration: 15 months

Weekly study and taught sessions are available to support the completion of your qualification.

Customer Service Level 2

The role of the customer service practitioner is to deliver high-quality products and services to the customers (patients in this case) of the organisation. Your core responsibilities will be to provide high-quality service to customers this may offer one-off or routine contact with customers, this can include, dealing with orders, offering advice, guidance and support, meet-and-greet, fixing problems, after-care, service recovery or gaining insight through measuring customer satisfaction. Your actions will influence customer experience and their satisfaction with the organisation.

Apprenticeship duration: 15 months

Weekly study and taught sessions are available to support the completion of your qualification.

The recruitment process for Customer Service Practitioner Level 2 and Business Administration L2 apprenticeships is outlined in the following table:
