Please accept our sincere condolences if you are visiting this site following the loss of a relative or friend.

Our Bereavement Service offers a Trustwide, individualised, culturally sensitive service. We provide comprehensive information, guidance and support for bereaved relatives and friends following the death of a loved one at University Hospitals Birmingham NHS Foundation Trust.

The Bereavement Office works on an appointment system to ensure that everything is ready for you when you arrive at the hospital.

Further information is available in our "Helpful information following a death" leaflets, available at the end of the page.
