The death of a loved one can be incredibly difficult to process and cope with. This is particularly true for young children, who might be experiencing loss for the first time.
In order to support families with young children through their grief, a number of picture books are available to borrow from QEHB Library.
Each book deals with the topic of bereavement and comes complete with a guide by the Healing Library with helpful discussion points about the story.
Books may be borrowed for personal use or on behalf of patent's families.
Find the full collection in the Staff Wellbeing Zone. Speak to a member of staff for more information or if you have any recommendations.
