Black History Month

We are proud to be joining the celebrations for Black History Month again this year.

Celebrated every October, Black History Month provides the opportunity for us to recognise our colleagues and members of our community from African and Caribbean backgrounds.

The national theme for Black History Month this year is ‘Saluting our sisters’ – to acknowledge and celebrate the contributions of black women.

You are invited to join us this month in a number of celebrations, both internally and externally, which are detailed below.

Events

Staff artwork

Inspired by our successful jigsaw puzzle art project, we will now be embarking on a new artwork project to capture the diversity across the organisation.
