Whether you’re on the front line directly caring for patients or in one of the thousands of essential roles we rely on each and every day, this is a challenging time.
We are all working very differently in difficult circumstances and combined with the additional pressures of looking after our friends and family and worried about the future, this is an enormous psychological shift. Particularly now, you deserve a comprehensive package of emotional, psychological and practical support.
We have refreshed the range of guides, apps and events to support the wellbeing of you and your team and slim-lined the site so it easier to find things.
Working with teams across the Trust, and our partners, we will continue have a range of health and well-being services for staff including:
- psychological support
- chaplaincy service
- staff counselling
- Freedom to speak up Guardian
