Homeworking

Last updated: 28 October 2021 at 20:41

While many employers will be asking employees to return to the workplace, as a healthcare provider we continue to encourage staff to work from home where possible and where agreed with line managers to keep our colleagues and patients safe. If you need VPN to access the Trust IT network from home, you can apply for this through the IT service portal.

Staff working from home should ensure that they have completed DSE online training via Moodle within the last 12 months, as well as the below forms:

  • Homeworking checklist
  • Display Screen Equipment (DSE) Assessment Package for Individuals Working from Home

Copies of these forms and further information on working safely at home for staff and managers can be found on the HR website (see "Homeworking" under related pages).

VPN requests and technical issues

All VPN/equipment requests or IT queries/technical issues relating to homeworking should now go through the IT portal or IT service desks.
