DoingOurBit is a fitness platform which offers free virtual fitness classes to NHS staff. Each workout has been filmed by an instructor who has volunteered their time to do their bit by supporting NHS staff across the country, with classes including:

- Family fun
- Aerobic and bodyweight
- High impact
- Stretch and unwind
- Nutrition, hydration and motivation

InstructorLive

Life Questions
Life Questions is a new online tool developed by Mills & Reeve to help frontline NHS staff and others coping with the uncertainty of COVID-19.
We know that healthcare professionals are worried about catching the virus and this has led to lots of them wanting to make sure that their own affairs are in order in case the worst happens. There is sometimes no way for healthcare professionals to quickly and easily check if they have the right documents in place to protect their loved ones if they themselves should get ill.
The tool which is free to use and explains about making a will, an advance decision, a guardianship appointment for their children and a lasting power of attorney. It enables the staff to check how the intestacy rules apply to them if they don’t make a will.
NHS Fit
A new dedicated physical health and wellbeing platform, available free online 24/7, has been developed by the NHS in collaboration with Be Military Fit and partners including Imperial College, the British Dietetic Association and other clinical experts. The platform offers advice, guidance and exercises to support your physical fitness and wellbeing needs.
