A new video platform, provided by DrDoctor, is available to outpatient specialties across all UHB sites.
The platform integrates with Clinical Portal, allowing staff to seamlessly launch video appointments directly from their clinic list.
Patients can launch their video appointment launching the DrDoctor video call via Google Chrome, Edge or Safari browsers.
How to guides are available from the "Downloads" section and an FAQs page. Staff with any video appointment questions can also contact the Outpatients team.
