Reporting absence - managers

All COVID-19 related absences are to be reported via the COVID-19 absence reporting tool, which can be accessed via the link under "Other websites". Please open the reporting tool in the Google Chrome browser instead of Internet Explorer. The tool can only be accessed on a device connected to the Trust network or via VPN/Citrix.
Access to the tool is granted via your usual Trust login. If you don't have access but require it, please complete the "COVID-19 absence reporting tool - access request form" and return to:

Please note that the absence reporting tool does not replace any existing method of logging absences for payroll purposes, such as Allocate HealthRoster/SMART/e-TAD.
