Welcome to the Trust.
You will receive an invite to our Corporate Trust Induction via email from recruitment.
Corporate Trust Induction is held every Monday (unless it is a bank holiday) at Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham, and will provide you with information that you need to know to help you settle more quickly and safely into your new job at the Trust. The education team will talk you through our vision and values and you will also complete the mandatory training needed for your role. It includes a series of presenters and content that focuses on our patient experience and key information about the Trust.
On the day
Corporate Trust Induction is a full day programme, with registration from 08:00 – 08:30. On arrival, you will receive an induction pack containing information and a programme for the day. The induction team will be on hand to answer your questions. Refreshments are provided during morning break. There are plenty of places around the hospital to purchase lunch, or you may bring your own lunch with you.

As part of the induction processes all new employees must also receive and complete a local induction from their manager which includes essential information regarding their local working environment.
