Tracy has worked in the field of cochlear implants since 1999.
She has a special interest in rehabilitation and providing tailor made therapy to patients with severe to profound hearing loss and ear related balance problems.
Tracy co-ordinates the team for transition from paediatric cochlear implant patients to adult services and is also a Confidential Contact working with the Freedom to Speak up Guardian.
