Staff in the area in which you, your relative or friend have been treated would be happy to hear your suggestions on improving the service. You may want to give your suggestion to the person in charge of the ward or department concerned.
Alternatively, you can send any suggestions to our Patient Experience team, who would be happy to receive your ideas and liaise with staff in the area concerned.
