Lee has worked at the Trust in a clerical capacity for fifteen years and has been a union activist for eight, acting as Branch Secretary for Unison for the last two years.
As a governor, Lee is keen to offer a voice to staff in corporate and support services who are proud of their contribution to the NHS but are not always the most visible to the public eye, with the staff group encompassing many of the non-frontline roles.
