Veronica has over 40 years’ experience working in the NHS, mainly in maternity services but also in general nursing, management and health education.
Veronica recognises the contribution of each member of staff to delivering high levels of patient care, believes in the promotion of the health and wellbeing of both patients and staff through active listening and avenues to voice concerns, and as a staff governor aims to advocate for staff to promote a collective focus on quality care and to contribute to the long-term vision of the Trust.
