Lee began his NHS career at Heartlands Hospital in 2017, working in various clinical roles and bed management before moving to work in the Emergency Department at Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham.
As a staff governor for Corporate and Support Services, Lee welcomes conversations with any staff member to give a voice to their concerns and problems or if they just need a sympathetic ear.
