Salary variation process

Step one

Line manager completes and submits a salary variation form to the director of operations or equivalent senior manager for authorisation.

Step two

Salary variation form is sent by email along with the supporting documentation.

Step three

Salary variation requests is processed by the HR Governance team.

Step four

Request approved

The HR Governance team will notify the recruiting manager, Payroll and the Recruitment team that the request has been authorised.

Request declined

The HR Governance manager will notify the recruiting manager that the request has been declined and include the rationale behind the decision.
