Pilates videos

The HR department has teamed up with the Morris Centre Club, based on the QEHB site, to create two easy and relaxing Pilates videos that will help people who are now spending more time in front of a screen, or are working in new environments due to COVID-19.

In the first video, Morris Centre Club Pilates teacher, Honorata, talks through a series of exercises that you can do whilst sitting at your desk to release tension and increase mobility.

In the second video, Honorata leads a floor-based Pilates flow, with exercises that will wake up your muscles and address poor posture.

Please take advantage of these videos that are designed to release tension, increase mobility and support good posture.
