Patient eligibility

Patients are eligible for free NHS treatment at University Hospitals Birmingham NHS Foundation Trust (UHB) if they are:

1. ordinarily resident in the UK, or
2. an overseas visitor, but entitled to free NHS services under the NHS (Charges to Overseas Visitors) Regulations
