Postal repairs and spare parts

The most common reason for a change in hearing performance, intermittent sound or a volume/clarity issue is the need of replacement microphone filters or spare parts.

Processor parts, chargers and dry bricks can be requested via our repair postal service, contact us via phone, email or text.

Repairs are appointments only - we do not offer a walk-in repair service.
