We always welcome suggestions to improve our services at UHB. Suggestions can be given through the patient feedback form.


If there has been an issue or you are unhappy with the service, please speak to a member of the team.


Alternatively, you can liaise with us through the Patient Advice and Liaison Team (PALS).

PALS offer a free of charge, confidential service if patients/service users/carers require support, advice or information.

If you would like to make a formal complaint, PALS can advise on the Trust's complaints procedure. You can use PALS to say thank you/send a compliment or make suggestions and report a problem.
