IT Services Quality policy

The IT Services Department will review the aims and objectives of the department through the annual management review meeting. To ensure these are aligned to the strategic needs of its staff and patients while upholding the organisations reputation and values. This will ensure that staff and patients needs are central to all decisions and provide the most modern, secure, performant and innovative solutions to meet their requirements. The IT Services Department will aim to continually improve the quality management system and endeavour to avoid non-conformance.

The IT Services Department provides high quality information communications technology services, technical design, cyber security, automation, support, development and project management solutions to its customers. The IT Services Department is committed to providing a quality service to its customers that corresponds to BS EN ISO 9001. All employees of the Department will be aware of the Quality Management System and adhere to its practices, principles and philosophy.
