Community Appointment Day - 23 May 2024
The Community Appointment Day offers a community-centred approach to muscle and joint pain. You will have access to multiple services, and the opportunity to speak to various healthcare professionals.
The event is for booked appointments only, via the contact details on your invitation letter.
What to expect
- Welcome conversation with a physiotherapist
- Personal logbook ('passport') to complete during the day
- Multiple info stations to visit, including community partners
- Tailored advice and assessment as appropriate
