To change a follow-up appointment, please have your hospital number to hand and call during office hours.
For Choose and Book appointments, please call the following number and quote your Choose and Book UBRN number and password.
Alternatively, you can contact the rheumatology nurses for nurse appointments and the rheumatology secretaries to change doctor appointments. Email and phone numbers are available on the contact page and on the top part of hospital letters.

Patients are able to access their own healthcare information including appointments through an online account. If you are interested in this service ask a member of the team and they will provide you with further information about how it is set up.
