Quiet space locations

All line managers have been asked to work with their team members to find them time to complete the survey while it is live. This time will be in addition to your usual break, and you will be able to leave your area of work to complete the survey if you wish to.

Our locations

Good Hope Hospital

Orchard Restaurant 
Throughout the eight weeks the survey is live, colleagues will periodically be in the Orchard Restaurant with a device you can use to access your emails and complete the survey. Look out for the ‘How does it feel to work at Good Hope’ pop up booths in the restaurant.

Richard Salt Unit Coffee Shop 
Throughout the eight weeks the survey is live, colleagues will periodically be in the Richard Salt Unit Coffee Shop with a device you can use to access your emails and complete the survey. Look out for the ‘How does it feel to work at Good Hope’ pop up booths in the coffee shop. 
Location: Richard Salt Unit entrance, Good Hope Hospital 
Time: 08:00-16:00 

Good Hope Library 
10 desktop computers are available within the Good Hope library. These cannot be booked and are available to use 24/7. There is also space for those wishing to complete their paper survey in a quiet location. You can access the library using your Trust ID badge.  
Location: Medical Academy, Good Hope Hospital 

Good Hope Library wellbeing hub 
There is one desktop computer available with the wellbeing hub, as well as the desktops available within the library itself. This cannot be booked but is available while the hub is open. There is also space for those wishing to complete their paper survey in a quiet location. You can access the library using your Trust ID badge.

Richard Salt Unit wellbeing hub 
The Richard Salt Unit wellbeing hub can provide a quiet space for colleagues wishing to complete their survey on their own device or completing their paper form. Every Monday to Wednesday, a device will be in the wellbeing hub that colleagues can use to log into their emails and complete their online survey. 
Location: Second floor, Richard Salt Unit, Good Hope Hospital 
Time: 09:00-17:00 

Heartlands Hospital

Heartlands Library 
20 desktop computers are available within the Heartlands library. These cannot be booked and are available to use 24/7. There is also space for those wishing to complete their paper survey in a quiet location. You can access the library using your Trust ID badge.  
Location: Education Centre, Heartlands Hospital 

Heartlands wellbeing hub 
The wellbeing hub can provide a quiet space for colleagues wishing to complete their survey on their own device or completing their paper form. Every Tuesday, a device will be in the wellbeing hub that colleagues can use to log into their emails and complete their online survey. 
Location: Main corridor between the dolphins and imaging in zone A 
Time: 09:00-17:00 

Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham

The Plaza 
While the survey is live, colleagues will periodically be in The Plaza with a device you can use to access your emails and complete the survey. Look out for the ‘How does it feel to work at QEHB’ pop up booths in the restaurant. 
Location: First floor, Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham 
Time: 07:00-19:30 

Clock Tower 
While the survey is live, colleagues will periodically be in The Clock Tower with a device you can use to access your emails and complete the survey. Look out for the ‘How does it feel to work at QEHB’ pop up booths in the restaurant.

ITM Cafe 
While the survey is live, colleagues will periodically be in the ITM Cafe with a device you can use to access your emails and complete the survey. Look out for the ‘How does it feel to work at QEHB’ pop up booths in the restaurant.

40 desktop computers are available within the QEHB library. These cannot be booked and are available to use 24/7. There is also space for those wishing to complete their paper survey in a quiet location. You can access the library using your Trust ID badge. 
Location: Education Centre, first floor, main building 

QEHB wellbeing hub 
The wellbeing hub can provide a quiet space for colleagues wishing to complete their survey on their own device or completing their paper form. Every Tuesday, a device will be in the wellbeing hub that colleagues can use to log into their emails and complete their online survey. 
Location: Ground floor, Nuffield House, Queen Elizabeth Hospital Birmingham 
Time: 09:00-17:00 

Solihull Hospital

People Centre and wellbeing hub
There is one desktop computer available in the People Centre. This cannot be booked but you are able to drop-in and use it if it is free. The wellbeing hub can provide a quiet space for colleagues wishing to complete their survey on their own device or completing their paper form. Additional devices will be available in the People Centre and wellbeing hub periodically while the survey is live, that colleagues can use to log into their emails and complete their online survey.
Location: Main entrance, Solihull Hospital
Time: Monday to Friday, 09:00-17:00

Solihull Library 
10 desktop computers are available within the QEHB library. These cannot be booked and are available to use 24/7. There is also space for those wishing to complete their paper survey in a quiet location. You can access the library using your Trust ID badge.  
Location: Education Centre, first floor, Solihull Hospital 

IT suite 
There are desktop computers available in the IT suite for you to drop-in and use when the rooms are not prebooked for training purposes. 
Location: Solihull Library, Education Centre, first floor, Solihull Hospital 
Time: Monday to Friday, 08:00-18:00
