Please may you provide me with answers to the following?

 

1) Since 2012, how many a service has your Trust reduced or cut across sexual and reproductive health services which it holds responsibility over? Please list the service alongside date and detail of closure in a tablature format.

2) In the next year, are there any planned reductions or closures across your commissioning in sexual and reproductive health services?

1. Sessional family planning clinics were held at the locations below. The clinics were closed in 2013/2014. They subsequently became integrated within Umbrella Sexual Health in August 2015. The list below of clinics:
