1. Do you offer a subsidy to all your staff in the Trust canteen?
2. If yes, is it for hot food, cold food, or both?
3. What format does the subsidy take? Is it a cash amount, percentage discount, or other (please specify)?
4. What is the typical price of a sandwich in your canteen?
5. What is the price of a hot main meal (other than baked potato with filling) for staff?

1. Queen Elizabeth Hospital – Yes. Good Hope/ Heartlands/ Solihull – No
2. Queen Elizabeth Hospital – Hot counter food only covering breakfast/ lunch/ supper. All other package items are at standard rate
3. Staff and visitor rate covering the minimal gross profit required against budget income target
4. Sandwiches are banded in price range (A- F) and range from £2.55 - £4.00 from standard to premium offer. Sold as a single rate no subsidy or as part of a meal deal
5. Total selling price sides are sold separately. Choice of the customer can change against selection.
