Staff parking, including fine, no. of staff with parking permit and waiting list for the last five years

Questions

1. Based on your latest available data, how many fines have been handed out to members of staff at your Trust over the past five years for issues related to car parking? This could include parking in the wrong area, not having a permit etc.
2. How many staff does your Trust currently have and how many of these currently have a car parking permit?
3. How many are on the waiting list to receive a permit?
4. If possible, please provide data broken down by year by calendar year. Spreadsheet format preferred if possible.

1. We do not hold the information as our record system does not hold the which fines are to staff, visitors or patients.
2. UHB has around 20,000 staff and 13,197 have a car parking permit.
