Questions
1. The total number of cases of myocarditis diagnosed using the relevant ICD 10/11 definitions each month for the past three years, the number of ITU admissions with myocarditis over the same periods and, if available, the total number of patients in each of the following age groups:
11-20; 21-30; 31-40; 41-50; 51-60; 61-70; 71-80.
2. Also if possible please identify the number of deaths that have myocarditis mentioned in section 1 or section 2 of the death certificate if it is feasible then I am happy to accept a .csv file.
