Let’s Talk: conversation group

Let’s Talk is a conversation group that supports staff whose first language is not English to gain confidence with everyday conversations inside and outside the workplace.

The small conversation group, with a maximum of ten people, will be informal and take place in person over six sessions. Agreement with your line manager must be agreed before attending the course.

Please note this is not an English for Speakers of Other Languages (ESOL) or similar certified course, but a resource to assist staff with their daily communication with patients, colleagues and visitors.
