Quality Reports are available to download and provide updates on the progress University Hospitals Birmingham NHS Foundation Trust (UHB) has made towards achieving its quality improvement priorities.

Quality improvement priorities

The Trust has reviewed the quality improvement priorities from 2023/24.

The quality improvement priorities for 2024/25 are as follows:

  1. Improving venous thromboembolism (VTE) prevention
  2. Improving standards around discharge
  3. Improving nutrition and hydration
  4. Improving the safety of invasive devices
