Quality improvement priorities
The Trust has reviewed the quality improvement priorities from 2023/24.
The quality improvement priorities for 2024/25 are as follows:
- Improving venous thromboembolism (VTE) prevention
- Improving standards around discharge
- Improving nutrition and hydration
- Improving the safety of invasive devices
