Simon’s career includes working in the hospitality and automotive industries where he developed a deep understanding regarding the importance of customer care and efficiency.
Simon joined Heart of England Foundation Trust as Head of Marketing in November 2005. He quickly progressed to become Head of Patient and Public Involvement, working closely with South Asian communities local to Heartlands around preventative healthcare.
Simon joined UHB as Associate Director of Facilities in 2014 before then being appointed as Director of Facilities 2020. Simon also worked as a Trustee for St Mary’s Hospice where he explored collaborative opportunities across the wider health system. He was appointed as Hospital Executive at Good Hope in 2023.
