Mark enjoyed a long career at a senior level in a wide range of NHS organisations.
He was an executive director within the NHS for over twenty years. His most recent appointments included roles as Regional Director of Finance for NHS England (Midlands) and, prior to that, Director of Finance and Deputy Chief Executive at Oxford University Hospitals NHS Foundation Trust.
Mark is a qualified accountant and has a degree in Politics from Durham University.
