Tim CaddickBirmingham South

Tim Caddick is a Birmingham-based community advocate and experienced retail manager with a strong commitment to compassion, inclusion and practical support. He has lived in Hall Green for over 35 years and in the West Midlands for most of his life, giving him a strong connection to local people, services and communities.  
 
Tim has more than 25 years’ experience in the IT industry, including consultancy, project management and resolving complex issues under pressure. This has made him analytical, process-driven and focused on calm, practical problem solving.  
 
He is a past member of the Red Cross, a long-standing first aider, and has experience working with mental health patients, giving him a strong appreciation of dignity, empathy, confidentiality and person-centred care. He has also served as a Health and Safety Representative, developing a clear understanding of risk, safeguarding and wellbeing.  
 
In his current management role, Tim is also a Neurodiversity Mentor, supporting inclusion, understanding and practical adjustments. Known for his caring nature, he wants to help ensure patients, families, carers and local people feel listened to, respected and supported.
