Haider HussainBirmingham Central
Haider Hussain has always lived in Birmingham and is proud to represent Birmingham Central as a Public Governor. He wanted to become a governor to help ensure that the voices of patients, carers and local communities are heard and reflected in the decisions made by the Trust.
Haider works in the Civil Service in a customer-facing role, where he enjoys supporting people from a wide range of backgrounds. He has a strong interest in improving healthcare services and values the importance of listening to people’s experiences to help shape positive change. He believes that working together with patients, staff and fellow governors is key to supporting high-quality care across the Trust.
Outside of his governor role, Haider enjoys travelling, spending time with family and friends, and giving back to the local community through volunteering and charitable activities.
