Colonel Caroline Vincent OBE KHN is the Commanding Officer of the Royal Centre for Defence Medicine at Queen Elizabeth Hospital, Chief Nursing Officer (Army) and Kings Honorary Nurse (KHN). A Critical Care Nurse with over 25 years’ experience, she has deployed operationally to Iraq, Afghanistan and West Africa during the Ebola crisis, and has held senior leadership roles across Defence healthcare, operational planning and national resilience. She is a passionate advocate for nursing, workforce development and inclusive leadership.
