The Trust’s Annual General Meeting will be held on Thursday 25 November at 18:30.
All Trust members and members of the public are welcome to attend. However, due to the requirements for social distancing in response to the COVID-19 pandemic, attendance for Trust members and members of the public will be by video conference only.
The meeting will feature a summary of the UHB Annual Report, including an outline of the Trust’s challenges and achievements over the past financial year.
There will also be a summary of the annual accounts by the Chief Financial Officer and an opportunity for questions.
A small number of members of the public may attend in person at Heartlands Hospital if they are unable to attend by video conference – space is limited and will be restricted to those genuinely unable to attend virtually.
