Falls prevention is vital at any time of the year but the winter months bring with them additional hazards and challenges.

Good Hope Hospital and Royal Sutton Coldfield Town Council have organised a free falls prevention information session for residents and their families/carers on Wednesday 10 December from 13:30-14:30 at Royal Sutton Coldfield Town Hall to help you be prepared during the colder months. Senior Health Professionals from Good Hope Hospital will give a talk and lead a Q&A session.

There will also be an opportunity to take part in an interactive session of exercises designed to improve muscle strength and balance. Residents will also be able to review mobility aids and talk to the experts directly in a series of discussion areas after the talk.
